Daniel Merriweather has won the award for “Breakthrough Star of the Year” at GQ’s annual Men of the Year awards. This is sure to be one of many awards coming Merriweather’s way this year. Congratulations Danny!

On September 25, Daniel is scheduled to perform at the OrangeRock Corps 2009 concert alongside Razorlight, Kelly Rowland, and others, with the headlining act yet to be announced. The concert is focusing on massive volunteer projects involving 5,000 volunteers. Check out the article HERE.
